Every webinar that is produced will be promoted using several lists that we have developed including our complete subscriber list for our domestic and international publications, our conference attendee lists, and those that have attended previous webinars. In addition, we have an extensive presence in social networks including seven LinkedIn groups and six Twitter accounts plus our main Facebook page. Below are statistics for a 12-month period. Every webinar is different in terms of topical relevance to our audience. However, we make every attempt to draw the maximum number of attendees using the resources mentioned above.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AFTER THE WEBINAR? ... WE DELIVER A COMPLETE REVIEW OF ATTENDEE INTERESTS

Upon completion of the webinar, a recording of the event will be uploaded to our servers and we encourage you to promote the replay of the webinar through your own resources. Statistics on the number and demographics of attendees, attention rank, and answers to poll questions as well as other essential information will be provided to support your sales team.

The cost of the webinar production includes message development, interfacing with the hosting service, critique of any graphics or PowerPoint slides used in the webinar, advertising and promotion, and a Directions' editor to act as the moderator of the webinar.
