Delivering magazines over the internet offers readers a number of advantages, some obvious and some not-so-obvious. Among the obvious advantages are:
- Currency - information can be published as soon as it is obtained.
- Accuracy - "old" information can be corrected as soon as it changes
- Depth - there is virtually no limitation on the "page length" of the magazine
- Data base capabilities - for example, at Directions we publish exhaustive Company and Product Directories. These connect to each other, and in turn connect to other Directories, such as the Press Release Directories. All Directories are sortable in a variety of ways, and can be subjected to full text searches.
- Demonstrations - After describing an application in words and pictures, we can often deliver the application live and direct, using Internet map serving technologies.
- Downloads - readers can obtain samples, tools, and data with a click of the mouse.
