[Manifold-l] Reliability of Manifold-L

Addendum - the loss of my 2 posts yesterday was entirely my own fault - they
were sent by me to another of the DirectionsMedia emails (probably that of
the list owner).

What made me double-check was that I went to the DirectionsMedia Manifold-L
Archive to compare my Outlook folders with what had been received there.
