Let's not complicate things here folk. Manifold appears to be listening.

Hopefully, Manifold is noticing that the formerly very active listserve
still does have a following. I am entirely OK distinguishing between being
expected with keeping up with patches (e.g. free upgrades) on my own and
expecting Manifold to notify me when a low cost upgrade opportunity
surfaces.

(And No, I am not a fan of the new forum either, but it would be very
reasonable to expect Manifold automatically informing their license holders
of low cost version upgrade opportunities).
