[Manifold-l] Buying MANIFOLD 6.0

I agree with an earlier post that this is probably best handled by sales.  My apologies - I may have spoken out of turn.
 I did just assume that, since one can't purchase a 6.0 license from Manifold, that the ability to activate one would
also be unavailable.  In hind-site, I can see how this may not be the case.
