[Manifold-l] On screen digitizing of curves

Thanks again.
I'm puzzled, too. I think they have an unreasonable focus on the
curve/radius requirement and the Geodatabase format - perhaps not fully
understanding their GIS well. I sent in quite good sample shapefiles but
to no avail. BigName Co. Ltd. got the work. So many things seem to put
the cart first - this job (municipal gov't) had no written specs!
