One-way links are not currently supported.

I am not sure you can download these solvers any more, but even if you could, they would not work with 7x. Solvers for 4.5 are not supported by 5.0 and higher editions of Manifold.

That said, you do not need solvers for Classic Salesman Route and Shortest Path, since 7x includes means to compute them both interactively and programmatically.
