Actually Adam I meant to say that the parameter query is no longer displaying the results I expected. I will need to re-visit web page issues when I can resolve query problem.

When I run the parameter query with value of 50,000 for Threshold records such as those I listed are selected.

What parameters get passed to the MapServer.Query method? How do you display the results of the query?

I was able to create a parameter query last week for basic population density, population/area.

There were errors on creating web page however. I began reviewing data issues and different queries and got back to parameter query today.

I am now getting different results. When I run query no matter what value is entered all records are selected. I've changed the type and added/removed semicolon but same result. 

Can' think of any other changes I could have made

Query and sample data:

PARAMETERS Threshold DOUBLE;
SELECT [POPCY],[AREA] FROM [LACOBg06_d00_Poly_Table] WHERE [POPCY]/[AREA] > Threshold;

AREA: 1.07938705260007E-02
POPCY: 686
