[Manifold-l] creating street intersections

I've been following this thread with interest, as I have an upcoming
project that will likely involve this activity.

Here is the difference. Some of my streets will pass over/under another
street (i.e. bridges), but do not intersect with the crossed feature. A
separate field identifies if the intersecting line intersects/crosses
under/crosses over the other intersecting line.

Any thoughts re. this nuance (i.e. create a point, except when over/under)?

Thanks!
