[Manifold-l] creating street intersections

I want to use create intersection points at every street intersection (polyline file). I need the points to have attributes with the two street names that are intersecting there. I have used the Transform tool called 'Intersection Points'. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to create a table or spatial data file for the points; they just appear on the map. Perhaps I don't know how to use the tool correctly. The help file on the subject just says that points are created at each intersection. It doesn't say what format the output is in. Anyone know how to use this correctly?
