[Manifold-l] New Update - 7.1.15.1067

I'm pleased to announce a new update, 7.1.15.1067, has been released for
Manifold.  This one has been issued a bit ahead of schedule to accomodate
item 230, an important bug fix for a problem first reported on this forum:

230. (Fix) Performing a transform or deleting objects from a drawing linked
from an OLE DB data source no longer sometimes loses field data. (First
reported on the forum.)

A second reason for moving this update up is that it is the first to be
compiled with Microsoft's newest development SDK.  This is an internal
matter unrelated to Manifold feature sets, but doing a good job of tracking
Microsoft assures the greatest possible compatibility between Manifold and
Microsoft technologies.
