[Manifold-l] Web development

Hi All

I would like to know what web development environments people are using in
conjunction with Manifold.   I am just getting into web development I have
been using Microsoft visual web developer 2005 express which is a .net
application that generates asp.net (aspx) pages.

I am trying to build a website with the same download functionality that is
available in this asp example from manifold.

The examples extended functions (i.e those not generated by the manifold web
page export) are in asp I want to convert the code to aspx but I am having
trouble doing this within MS Visual web developer

Any suggestions of suitable web development environments that are available
and have a capability with aspx or asp would be great
