I had a heck of a time finding this data - not sure if it will be
around long some you might want to download it all while its still
there. I assume one of the files holds the ARTCC boundaries. If I
remember there is a high (probably FL180 but it might be up around
FL230-240) and and a low variation. (Could be wrong = could be
somethign else that was hi/low.)

Not sure what the legit path is to get to the data is but a Google
search for "SUAS.zip" finds the IP variant above.

The search has two hits with slightly different paths - one for
MIDAFIF and one for AVDAFIF - not positive but from the readme I think
one may be for ArcView and the other MapInfo.

A Google for AVDAFIF turns up more interesting info.
