No, it just means that given NASA World Wind uses open source code to
connect to Mars image servers that someone could write an image server
module that does the same thing for either the toolbar or Manifold System.

There are hundreds of image servers out there and hundreds of geocoding
servers.  Some of them are fairly specialized  (the Getty's server of
ancient place names, to name just one) but there is no reason why people
can't use whatever they want. :-)
