[Manifold-l] Manifold Toolbar - download it now

.Net 2 is installed for sure (I work in it everyday). 

The problem was indeed that my "My Documents" folder is redirected to a
network drive. Setting the cache to a folder on the c:\ drive fixed it, now
the toolbar starts without errors. It just doesn't seem to do much. I typed
in an address off the sample page and it just doesn't seem to go anywhere or
even do anything.
