It's an open beta. :-)  We wanted to get a large sample as soon as possible
as eventually this will have downloads in the millions.

The issue with the above appears (based on beta results to date) to be proxy
server specification.  We'll make it easier to specify proxy parameters as a
common issue now is that since the .config file is read as an XML you have
to escape any special characters used to make it valid XML.  Next step is to
make it configurable from the menu and ideally just take proxy parameters
from IE (don't know if that's possible).
