You don't need Manifold System installed to run the toolbar, just IE, the
download and .NET Framework 2.00.  IE7 support will be added real soon.

If you want to run image servers other than Virtual Earth, you have to
download and install in the C:\Program Files\Manifold Toolbar\ folder the
image server modules for whatever image servers you want.  The toolbar can
use any Manifold image server module, but note that having such modules in
the Manifold System installation folder is not enough: you must have them in
the toolbar installation folder as well (no big deal as these are all
small).
