[Manifold-l] Creating image from layout

Hi David,

in order to make an exportable image you should rightclick your layout
and then not use the "Create....Image" option (which also only gives me
black squares, no matter whethter I use it from a Map window or a layout
window), instead you should click on "Make Image" which results in a
real image. You will still be asked to provide projection parameters,
which you can just skip if you only need a picture.
However, I am nevertheless wondering why Images that use the "Create.."
Dialogues only result in black squares. If anyone has a hint how to
avoid this I would be most grateful because the detour via a Layout can
be quite time consuming.
I am running Manifold built 7.1.1.279 on an up-to-date XP home system.

Regards, Elmar
