These are Windows messages, not Manifold messages.  Debug what your
policies, permissions, etc. are within the Windows domain.  Note that this
list is a Manifold list, not a list for dealing with Windows security
mechanisms, so if someone doesn't pop up who knows the answer to this right
away you would probably be better served by consulting books, forums and
other resources assisting the administrators of Windows domains.
