[Manifold-l] Authorisation issue when installing as administrator

Hi all,

Just wondering whether anyone can offer any insight into the following:

We had a Manifold 7x installation on a machine that's just joined a
network domain but we can't subsequently launch the app and it claims
that the user (incl. Administrator) lacks rights to *permanently*
install and use the software. We couldn't budge this and had to remove
and reinstall, burning another authorisation key in the process AND
making sure that it was installed from the Administrator account with
access for all users on that machine.

However... it still won't launch and gives the same message which has to
be nonsense as it was installed, as before, from the Administrator
account and by definition sufficient rights do exist.

OS is XP Professional SP2 and up to date.

I don't want to burn any more keys as there's no sign of the problem
going away!! Up to now we've had zero problems with installation and
use.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Martin
