[Manifold-l] Download Managers for IE7

[SCISOFT]

Not to hammer this issue of interrupted downloads from manifold.net, but
since I've installed the RTM for IE7 which was released today, and it
allowed me to select some Add-Ins, I provide this URL for those Download
manager add-ins which are suitable (I assume) for the latest Microsoft
browser, Internet Explorer 7 (my choice).
