I am working in GIS Software developing from long time.

I have started building my completely unlimited Free GIS editor by myself  5 years ago

It now covers viewing, analyzing , database, GPS, editing, and drawing

I have registered and published it for free in several conferences and magazines ( it is also available for free at http://www.smartwebonline.com/ )

My goals of registering and publishing my work are to get tested, recognized, awarded, and supported by GIS Professionals and universities.
