[Manifold-l] Web Servers Info tools and hyperlinks

Hi I am working on a computer without Microsoft IIS so I tried out this free
web server

It seems to work fine except for when I try to use the info tool, It brings
up a new page with no info in it, I would really appreciate it if someone
else could check it out, It claims to be able to coexist with IIS so if your
hosting IMS sites locally using IIS you can just install cassini and
register you existing sites to it if they are in ASP.NET

I am also having an issue with the use of the info tool and hyperlinking, I
basically want to both look at the attributes of a feature and then link to
a series of photos associated with that site. However it seems to me that
(in manifold  not a web page as I have yet to test it properly see above)
once you have URL field you will be taken straight to that  URL and  can not
look at  other attributes?  is this true  or am I doing something wrong?
