[Manifold-l] Advance access to new update - a technology preview

Downloaded & extracted (or rather dragged out of WInZip) OK for me.   

Haven't attempted to install it has I still haven't got around to installing
any v7 yet (busy with other, non-GIS, stuff).

    Don't doubt it at all.  Two different machines; 6 hours apart; same
