[Manifold-l] [Spam] Purchasing MS Virtual Earth

Gents & Ladies,

We want to set up a Virtual Earth imagery server 
background for some clients - and find out when 
they will have higher resolution covering our 
AOI´s in South America - following making the commercial arrangements with MS.

Tried to work my way through 
http://www.microsoft.com/virtualearth/products/webservice/howtobuy.mspx 
.  Perservered through originating 3 calls and 7 
transfers (mostly in India) - there is no 
knowledge in Virtual Earth in that support base, 
and we do not wish to purchase MapPoint:

If anything, the links go in smaller circles, and 
the MS Search Queries are in negatively inclined 
death spirals.  Googling yields much about the 
use, little which I could find about purchasing the system.

In georeference.org caught up with Dimitri´s 
comment about "ease of dealing with MS vs. 
Google," and some wonderful older rants but no 
joy.  Please some pointers on how to write a check to MS for Virtual Earth!
