I see from the News page on the manifold.net website that it is possible to
buy 6.50 if you buy at least ten at a time license only.  See the 7x FAQ,
where it says:

"Will 6.50 be continued for sale?  6.50 has been discontinued from sale on
the Online Store.  Until the end of 2006, 6.50 licenses will be available
for sale to wire transfer and check prepaid customers ordering in quantities
greater than 10 licenses at a time. This limited availability is intended to
provide developers who are using Runtime licenses to transition to 7x."
