[Manifold-l] transform toolbar - where?

Hi
Sorry for such a dumb question. How to i get the transform toolbar please? I cannot find it!

I am trying to add selected points from a drawing to a table of coordinates and the help 
files seem to indicate I can use the transform toolbar - but where is it??

Perhaps I am doing this wrong - any better ideas welcome!
I have a scanned contour map (as a drawing) and I wish to click on points and add the XY 
coordinates to a table, to which I can then manually add the elevation data. Sadly, I do 
not have surface data and i do not have the surface tools add-in for manifold.
