[Manifold-l] New 7x technology preview

Hi everyone,

I'm pleased to announce a new technology preview for 7x.   This build
follows up on the preview issued last month, incorporating great feedback
from reviewers of the prior release. 

This new build fixes all known bugs in the new geometry layer.  It is still
not final release quality code and should be treated as such: when
experimenting with this build please make backups of irreplaceable data,
etc.

As with all experimental code this preview is not supported - tech will not
be able to answer questions or provide guidance.  The preview is therefore
recommended only for experienced users and is being announced only in this
list and on the GeoReference forum.

Any feedback on the new code would be highly welcome.   Please send comments
directly to tech at manifold.net
