[Manifold-l] Importing .e00 files (yet again)

I have had this problem before, but it seems that somewhere along the 
line, either the data sources I use changed the format of their 
exported .e00 files, or the way in which Manifold imports these files 
was changed. Certain coverages, which contain the data necessary to 
make any sense of the associated ARC drawings, do not import at all; 
Manifold goes through the routine of importing, and never imports 
anything. The help file simply states that these coverages should be 
imported as INFO files (I assume this refers to ARC-GIS) and related 
to the ARC drawing. Does anyone know what changed or why these files 
refuse to import? These files have imported for me in the not too 
distant past and since the coverages are rather stale, I suspect that 
the source has not changed their export format since 2003 or so. I am 
quite sure that I have successfully imported these "INFO" files about 
18 months ago. The exported coverages I am referring to can be found

P.S. No, I am not going to get the state of Washington to change 
their export format, been there, tried that :(
