[Manifold-l] New shipping option

There's a new shipping option on the Online Store that I think will be
especially handy for people who are ordering 7.00 upgrade DVDs.  It is
called "Intl Thinpak Single DVD by Mail" and provides a very low cost ($6
anywhere in the world), discrete option to get Manifold System media.

This shipping option sends one DVD regardless of how many Manifold System
units are ordered within that same order. It sends the DVD in a tyvek sleeve
instead of in the usual "amaray"-style DVD plastic case.  This allows use of
a smaller, thin Global Priority envelope that is both cheaper to send and is
more discrete.   Processing systems have now been set up so that the savings
of using this method can be passed on to customers.

I recommend using this shipping method if you have to deal with a psychotic
Customs service in your country.    The thinpak envelopes look more like
letters than parcels so it's not likely they will be intercepted as a
product shipment.
