[Manifold-l] New 7.00 Update: Build 429

Hello everyone, 

I'm pleased to announce a new update for 7.00, Build 429, that's available
on the Support page.

Build 429 fixes two items:

1. GPS Console no longer crashes when downloading tracks.

2. Saving a MAP file with a linked component no longer sometimes hangs if
the data source for the component is unreachable (it is sometimes necessary
to press the Alt key to bring the "connection failed" error message on top
of the progress tracking dialog).
