[Manifold-l] Layers and projection

Hello and merry christmas, I hope that all goes well for you.
I'm opening a file wich contain  more then 50 layers. My scope is to 
setup all these files to their right projection wich is national grid 
(French/Entire France).
For a small number of layers, i use to setup each file to he's actual 
projection/current projection. is this case it wil take 45 minutes.
If you have experienced such problem, I will be grateful to you to help me,
