More - apparently there is also a problem when copying GeoTIFFs in the
opposite direction.  I.e. Geomedia will not read a GeoTIFF produced with
ESRI software.  Interestingly IRASC will, and our work around is to read
into IRASC, Save it out, and GeoMedia will then read the GeoTIFF!
Apparently it is to do with GeoMedia and ArcMap using a different
GeoKey...
