[Geomedia-l] MapView: Out of Memory

Hi there

I got an interesting "phenomenon", I'ld like to share with you:
I am currently working with a GWS, that I have worked with for about 6 month. No problems so far, until yesterday. When I opened the GWS, which contains three map views (one of them empty, with no legententries at all) whith about 13 featureclasses, I get a messagebox. The titlebar says: Map View. The text says "Out of Memory", and there is an ok button.

Funny thing is: I got more than plenty of memory. I haven't even loaded any data of the featureclasses. The mapviews do not display anything but the legendentries (with those striked-trough symbols of not yet loaded feature data).

Funny enough, the message is connected to the one, yet empty mapview, which is the one I want to add new featureclasses to.

I already deleted the mapview, saved the workspace, closed gmpro, restarted the computer, startet gmpro and loaded the gws again. The gws works fine up until i try to create another mapview. After entering the name of the new mapvew and pressing ok, the empty mapview-frame comes up and the errormessage comes again (and then i have to click ok for about a dozen times until the erromessage goes away again.

There were no changes to my computer, nothing new installed or old uninstalled. Only change was my IP adress inside the company-network. But that doesn't seem to be related to the problem as far as I see it.

Maybe somebody knows the problem and a solution to it. Anyway, i just wanted to share this, as I never experienced such strange behaviour before.
This really impedes my work now ...
