[Geomedia-l] very slow GM response using ORCL database

Hi all,

 

Our partner ecountered the following problem:

 

They have some geological data (less than 20000 area feature with and w/out holes) in Access database.

 

They put a lot of attribute info into it, and migrate it to ORCL.

 

In Access, everything is worked properly, but after the migration to ORCL, even displaying the data takes more than 10 minutes.

 

They are using GMPro 6.0 and ORCL 10.

 

Anybody has some similar experience or knows where to start to solve this?
