[Geomedia-l] using SQL server data in GeoMedian 6

I think most of the tables are necessary. One way to get a script for
building the tables is create them in one database with the Database
Utilities, create one feature class in that database and then use the
GeoMEdia option to export to SQL Server Warehouse. This will create a
set of files one of which (I do not remember its name now) will
contain the script for building the GeoMedia metatables.
