<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">break something else.  It sounds like limited testing before </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">release, but not being on the inside we don't know why </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">this keeps happening.  Do your upgrade testing on a test</span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">machine.</span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">For example, when moving to the latest GMPro hot fix, </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">6.00.34.84 from 6.00.34.72, these are some things we </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">now deal with that did not happen prior to upgrade: </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">1) when opening more than one .gws (yes, nice feature in </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">    GeoMedia Pro, you can do that, it's ok and works </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">    fine - well, up to now anyway, or until </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">    the next hot fix and it's fixed again), the second </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">   .gws opens with all docked toolbars filling half the screen, </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">   reducing the viewable area in the map window </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">2) even though there is a checkmark next to spatial filter under </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">    the warehouse menu, you still have to click on it before it will </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">    say "no active filter".  You can't use any of the spatial
filter </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">     commands until you click on the menu to activate it </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">3) in the layout window, the docked drawing/scaling toolbars </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">     will not randomly disappear.  When this happens, we've found </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">     way to find this commands from the menus.  If you try to add </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">     the toolbar again from the view menu, it will already show a </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">     checkmark next to it like it is loaded. </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">Basically, you want to read the info on what the hot fix has </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">included or fixed, and if it doesn't pertain to you, it's best to </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">skip and wait for the next one, or next one, or next....then do it. </span></font></div>
<div align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt">CR's and TR's are a good thing, and we need them. </span></font></div>
