Arno-
I think the reason you are getting the thematic entry is because your master legend has the rivers as a thematic entry. You can edit the style in your master legend back to a standard type (not thematic) and then, when you add the rivers it will bring it in as a standard.
I hope this helps-
When I open the USSampleData.gws, delete all the entries from the legend and
then add the rivers from the US SampleData Set it automatically makes a
thematic legend entrie. Also when I add the counties it applies the correnct
style with a display by scale. How have they done that? Where are these
style definitions stored? In GeoMedia 5 there was a master legend which you
could use but I can't find this in 6.
Please help me out,
Greetings,
Arno van Anrooij

When creating new thematic legend entry, received the following two "error messages":
! Error from QueryInterface for IID_IGMLocatedObjectsCollection
! Error from m_pIGMSmartLocateServer->Locate()
Each continued to pop-up one after each other until forced to close workspace and lose work. No clue what these errors mean, as they are not in any known English.
Can anyone decipher Intergraph's error message jibberish for us?

Hi list!
I am developing an ASP.net page with geomedia web map 5.2
We want to add some points to the map, in this way:
add ( "P1", coordX1, coordY1)
add ( "P2", coordX2, coordY2)
We are using raster images.. so: objMS.OutputType = 1, but it can be changed
to plugin if it is necesary.
I know that there is a method addRLpoint, with a Java plugin, that can do
this.
But the purpose is that after have the points on the map, the user has to be
able to click over a point , and the aplication has to return the id of the
point,(this is the "P1", or "P2").
And we dont know how to do this.
Thanks in advance.
