Decentralized Energy and Energy Masterplanning (DEMaP) project.
According to the site: "The Heat Map provides spatial intelligence on
factors relevant to the identification and development of DE
[decentralized energy] opportunities: major energy consumers, fuel
consumption and CO2 emissions, energy supply plants, community heating
